主要研究方向为探索量子纠缠如何构建爱因斯坦时空,特别是在全息对偶性的框架下,并从量子信息理论的视角展开。他对可能与量子引力相关主题及新工具感兴趣,例如全息对偶、共形场论、张量网络、量子线路、纠缠熵、复杂度、自旋网络等。
