程实现任上海数学与交叉学科研究院助理教授。加入研究院前,他曾在复旦大学担任博士后研究员,并于2022年获华沙大学物理学博士学位。
程教授目前的研究主要聚焦超对称规范理论及其相关的低维流形领域。
