Abstract: The Bethe ansatz equations were proposed to diagonalize the Heisenberg spin chain, and their solutions determine the eigenvalues and eigenstates of the system. However, the completeness of these solutions has remained a longstanding puzzle since their introduction. In this talk, we will address this problem via Bethe/gauge correspondence and representation theory. This method also implies a difference formula for the tensor product multiplicities and the branching rules.
