Bio

Dr. Li Bingjie is an Assistant Professor at The Shanghai Institute for Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences (SIMIS). His research focuses on the interdisciplinary fields of mathematics, statistics, clinical medicine, and public health. He specializes in developing theories and cutting-edge algorithms in statistics and machine learning, with particular expertise in manifold learning and fitting applications in biology and medicine. His work bridges theoretical foundations in computational mathematics with practical applications in biomedical data analysis, including single-cell analysis, metabolomics, and disease prediction models.
