Abstract: In this talk we first introduce a new analytic machinery of
(perturbed) contact instantons with Legendrian boundary conditions.
TThen we explain how to apply the machinery to prove Shelukhin’s conjecture:
for any choice of function $H = H(t,x)$ and contact form $\lambda$ the contactomorphism
of time-one map of the asscociated contact Hamiltonian vector field
carries a translated point in the sense of Sandon, whenever the inequality
the oscillation of $H$ is less than the spectral gap of the contact form.
