Eran Igra在SIMIS从事博士后研究，研究领域为非线性动力学（常被称为“混沌理论”）。他致力于通过研究周期轨道来描述混沌吸引子的动力学复杂性。

加入SIMIS之前，Eran Igra于以色列理工学院在Tali Pinsky教授的指导下完成博士学业。

他曾在耶路撒冷希伯来大学跟随Genadi Levin教授取得硕士学位。
