研究主要聚焦于规范论与弦论中的可积性探索。可积模型(如可积自旋链)因其动力学可精确求解而独具价值,Nafiz Ishtiaque致力于发展系统性方法,从更广泛的量子场论和弦理论中识别此类可积子结构。通过超对称定位与全纯-拓扑扭曲等工具,研究可积模型的弦论、M-theoretic构造及其对偶变换。
对称性(尤其是量子群形式)是理解可积性的基石。鉴于近年来广义对称性/范畴对称性的进展,他也关注此类扩展对称性概念对可积动力学的潜在影响。
